Workshop #1: Life in flip flops with Barbara Buford (1:00-2:15 pm)
Students will create a mixed media whimsical beach painting using acrylic paint and collage elements. All supplies included. If you have beach-themed items you would like to use please bring them to class.

Workshop #2: Acrylic Pour Technique with Keith Warren (2:45-4:00 pm)
Acrylic pouring is a fascinating fluid painting technique. It is based on acrylic paint, which can be brought into a liquid, pouring consistency with the addition of a pouring medium. Depending on the technique, this liquefied paint is then poured into each other or onto the canvas and distributed by tilting the painting surface. Depending on the choice of paint, the medium, and the additives, different effects can be created.
